Refund policy

FlashFeed (flashfeed.ai) is operated by IONEL M STOICA PFA, a sole proprietorship registered in Bucharest, Romania. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

We offer refunds in accordance with Paddle's refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund — no questions asked. Refund requests are handled by Paddle and processed to your original payment method.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, you can either email support@flashfeed.ai with your account email, or contact Paddle directly through the receipt or invoice you received at the time of purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Merchant of Record

All payments, billing, refunds, and invoicing for FlashFeed are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles all payment-related inquiries, tax collection, and compliance. For payment-specific questions, you may contact Paddle directly or reach us at support@flashfeed.ai.
